Whilst all our products should reach you in perfect condition, if you are not happy in any way with your purchase on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to sort it out.
We are also happy to either exchange any unopened product or refund your money if you email us within 7 days of receipt and return it within 14 days. Once the returned items have been received by us a full refund of the purchase price will be reimbursed via the original payment method used by the purchaser. Alas, we cannot pay for the postage of unwanted products.
Should any of our products be damaged, we will happily either replace them or reimburse you for the expense including the cost of delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible and try to ensure that they are suitably packed for their return.
